Q: I just placed an order, when will I receive my order?
A: 99% of all orders will be mailed out from our office in California within 24 hours. Shipping time varies depending on your location but most orders will arrive within a day or two. For International orders please expect a few additional days for shipping.
Q: Do you provide tracking number for my order?
A: We will provide tracking number for all orders over $40, please contact us if you have any questions/concerns
Q: Are your nail products safe for my nails?
A: Absolutely! Our nail products are harmless for your nails and do not contain any harmful chemicals.
Q: The nail wrap size are too big for my nails, what can I do?
A: We understand that we all have different sizes of fingernails, if the nail wraps are too big for your nails, simply take the smaller size nail wrap, place on top of the bigger one, use as your guideline and trim off the excess OR use acetone with cotton swab and lightly brush around the nails for any excess.
Q: How long do they last?
A:Our nail wraps usually lasts 4-7 days (depending on how heavy your daily activities are). We always recommend our customers to apply a thin layer of top coat for longer lasting and your nails would look even better! Also, for longer lasting results, we highly recommend to trim the nail wraps to fit the size of nails to avoid any excess nail wraps-- remember, the whole nail wrap should be only on your nails- they shouldn't be on top of your cuticles/ skin.
Q: Are your nail products friendly for the environment?
A: Yes! We care about the environment and our nail products are (and always will be) environment friendly!
Q: Where do you get your nail products?
A: We gather our products from all over the world to keep the cost low and affordable for everyone!
Q: What are the ingredients/chemicals that are used in your stickers ?
A: Our ingredients are:
acetic ether 35%, titanium pigment 10%, nitrocellulose 20%, glue 15%, isopropyl alcoho 15%, acrylic acid 15%. we also have a certified SGS report that shows lists of toxic chemicals that were tested and are all negative! Please contact us if you would like to see our SGS report.
Q: Are your products tested on animals?
A: Absolutely not! All Nailipop members are huge animals lovers and we will not sell anything that have been tested on animals. You can also check on SGS's website and find that they do not carry out any form of animal testing!
Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: All sales are final. If you receive a damaged item in the mail, please contact us for more information.
